Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Job Search Autopilot (the "Service"), operated by MorshedWorx, Maine, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service helps you search for jobs, prepares application materials from information you provide, submits applications and manages job-related email on your behalf, according to the settings and limits you choose.

2. Your account and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to work in the roles you apply for.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• The information you give us must be true. You confirm your master profile before it is used.

3. Authorization to act for you

You authorize us to submit applications, send emails from our domain on your behalf (with replies directed to your product inbox) and answer application questions using only your confirmed profile and standard answers. In Review mode nothing is submitted until you approve it. In Auto mode we submit matches that meet the minimum score and limits you set. You can pause everything at any time with the kill switch.

4. Your responsibilities

• Review materials before approving and keep your profile accurate. You are responsible for the content of applications submitted in your name.
• Do not use the Service to misrepresent your qualifications, to spam employers, or to break the terms of any employer or job board.
• We do not automate LinkedIn and do not bypass CAPTCHAs. Do not ask us to.

5. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment. Some employers use anti-automation systems, and some applications will need you to finish them manually. Job data comes from third parties and may be incomplete or out of date.

6. Plans, trial and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or quarterly, through Stripe. A 7-day free trial may be offered; if you subscribe during the trial your remaining trial days are preserved. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Email and messages

The Service gives you a product inbox address. Messages sent to it are processed automatically (including by AI) to classify them, draft replies and alert you. You are responsible for replies you approve. Do not forward content you have no right to share.

8. AI-generated content

Drafts are generated by AI from your profile and may contain errors. We check them against your profile, but you must review them. We are not liable for inaccuracies you approved or for automated sends you enabled.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or third parties at risk.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost employment opportunities.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Contact: the support address shown in your account emails.
